Old Saratoga, Inc. - Corporate Profile
Old Saratoga, Inc. (OSI) was founded in 1992. The company is strategically located on a secure 50-acre private location which draws its water from the Black Creek Aquifer in Saratoga, NC. Water from the Aquifer has been tested periodically by the United States Geological Corp of Engineers and the North Carolina State Geological Society Corp of Engineers (N.C. State University). "The age of the water increased with depth and with distance from the fall line eastward and ranged from 400 years to over 26,000 years."
During production, OSI tests its water source every hour. Critical testing criteria include conductivity, pH level, ozone concentration, mineral concentration and taste. All recordable tests are reviewed, logged, and archived on a daily basis. Old Saratoga has a 22-year historical record of all water which has been drawn from the Black Creek Aquifer. We continue to build on our research and development efforts through continual monitoring of the water source.
See OSI's rigorous and analytical testing procedures below. Old Saratoga stands behind its testing procedures for bottling water 100%. Let us know what you think!
